Meet Our Staff
After Hours: (352) 475-2007 Betsy Jo Minor is the broker/owner of CENTURY 21 Showcase Properties, Inc. and she is proud of both her business history and affiliation. "CENTURY 21 Showcase Properties, Inc. has been affiliated with the CENTURY 21® System from its opening day," says Betsy Jo. "I feel that is one of the main reasons for our success over the years. The days of the traditional 'Mom and Pop' real estate are over. People want the assurance of quality and training that a national company affiliation can provide." A high school teacher, with degrees in business and physical education, Minor came to real estate via a route which seems to be the way a majority of people got started in the business; they had a friend that sold real estate and influenced them to give it a try. For Betsy Jo, her introduction to the business came through helping a friend with her bookkeeping chores related to her real estate business. When Betsy Jo found that there were no openings in her field of teaching, she said she decided to jump on the bandwagon and give real estate a try herself. Betsy Jo has two children, six grandchildren and one Great granddaughter . When not working or doing community service, Betsy Jo enjoys playing duplicate bridge and white-water rafting. She is a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Eastern Star.

Becky has been with CENTURY 21 Showcase Properties, Inc. since 1998. She is a graduate from KHHS, the President of the Keystone Lake Region Business Association and a Master Gardener Volunteer for Clay County.

After Hours (352)475-3116 John retired from the University of Florida, and former owner of Mallards Dollarama for 22 years. A long time resident of the area, John is familiar with neighborhoods and areas in town. He believes that his experience-serving people will continue in real estate.
After Hours (352)965-5161 Dave is new to Century 21 Showcase Properties, Inc. office, but not new to the real estate business. Dave has worked real estate in the Tampa – St. Pete area as well as the Tallahassee area. With over 21 years experience in the business he is well qualified to service the public’s real estate needs. Dave was raised in St. Petersburg, graduated from Admiral Farragut Academy, attended St. Pete Junior College and Emory University. Dave has worked in the construction industry for over 50 years. He holds a Certified General Contractor’s License. He has been involved in building several structures in Florida. I’m very happy to be joining the Century 21 team here in Keystone. The staff here is very professional. I’m looking forward to enjoying the Keystone area and working with the public.
After Hours (352)473-1129 Linda joined the office staff in June of 2006 . She has been in the field of preeschool education and child care for 25 years. Although new to the field of real estate she brings with her experience of working with people. She moved to the area permanently in 1997 but has been a weekend resident for many years.
After hours Cell (352) 284-4663 Nelda joined the office staff in September of 2006. Born in Jacksonville she attened the Atlanta Christian College. She worked in the travel industry and was in education of the deaf. Nelda is married and has a son. She has served on the boards of the Okeechobee County Library as well as the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services of the Treasure Coast. Nelda is also a member of Beta Sigma Phi.
After Hours (352) 475-1975 Born in jacksonville, graduated from the University of Florida. He retired from Amtrak and is beginning a new career in real estate and is looking forward to working in the Keystone Heights area.
After Hours (352) 235-0766 Candace joined the staff of Century 21 Showcase Properties, Inc. in January of 2007. Born and raised on the north side of Jacksonville, she and her family came to Keystone Heights on the weekends and during the summers in the early 1970's. She is married to Timmy Douylliez and has three children and three grandchildren. she is a member of Amvets and is a volunteer for Quigley House. First licensed in Real Estate in 2000 she enjoys being in the profession.
